banglalink cares for its customers and we are continuously focusing on giving our customers the best network. banglalink network saves you from call drop. even if it happens get 1 minute back on the call drop. for the first time in bangladesh banglalink launches this minute back on call drop offer. whenever our customer will face call drop in case of calling in any banglalink number s/he will get 1 min back. all banglalink prepaid and postpaid customers will get this facility and they don’t need to subscribe or recharge or even send any sms to get this facility. the call drop minute got back can be used to any banglalink number (except fnf/ super fnf) at any time. the validity of the return minute will be 1 day, i.e. till 11:59 pm of the receiving day. a customer will get maximum 5 min in a day on call drop and to get the 1 min back the call has to be minimum 10 sec duration. customer will get the notification sms from ‘as we care’ on call drop within maximum 5 hr of such incidence. to check balance and validity of the minute got back customer need to dial *124*13#. all postpaid customers will get the call drop refund as discount in their next bill cycle. to check details please go to faq.
