Call Back on Call Drop

Add more to your Eid festivities as Grameenphone Ltd. introduces “Call back on Call drop”. From October 1, 2014 all GP Pre-Paid and Post-Paid customers will get 60 second equivalent call reimbursements on every call drop.

Details of the Offer:

• All GP Pre-Paid and Post-Paid Customers will get 60 Seconds equivalent call reimbursements on every call drop
• Only Caller Party will get the reimbursement for GP-GP Network Call Drop.
• Customer will be able to enjoy the reimbursed seconds only on GP-GP calls usable for 24 hours with 1 day validity.
• Reimbursement will be done within the next day. Customer will get notified through SMS.
• In case of minutes, bonus taka, bundles minutes, call drop bonus minutes will be consumed first.
• Customer can enjoy maximum 300 Seconds equivalent call reimbursements per day.
• Customer will be able to check balance by dialing *566*21#
• For post-paid, reimbursement will be done in the next bill-cycle.
• All other tariff, Services, Pulse will remain unchanged
• 15% VAT will be applicable on all charges
